MessageMats are made by Mountville\'s exclusive computerized MasterWeave process or by our state of the art Digital Printing process. With MasterWeave, the designs are sewn into the carpet using solution dyed nylon fiber or acid dyed nylon with Permadye plus Stain Stopper to insure superior quality and colorfastness. With our Digital Greeting, Safety, and Quality MessageMats, the designs are printed onto the face of the mat using our state of the art digital printer. The digital designs provide a greater color variation with enhanced images and finer details. All MessageMats are fully launderable mats constructed of Static Dissipative nylon yarn and backed by Mountville\'s legendary Nitrile rubber backing for non-skid stability and ease of laundering.
